Weโre seeking reliable, professional drivers for a high-priority on-demand contract serving the Austin and San Antonio metro areas. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity โ set your own schedule, work when you want, and earn great pay delivering time-sensitive shipments.
๐ผ What Youโll Do:
Pick up and deliver packages, equipment, and materials within tight time windows
Maintain clear communication with dispatch
Ensure packages are secure and delivered without damage
Use your own insured vehicle (must meet company safety standards)
๐ต Pay Range:
$120โ$220+ per route, with potential up to $300 on longer runs
Paid per job: base pay + mileage + wait time + bonuses
Weekly direct deposit
Bonuses for milestone deliveries and peak hours

Requirements:
Valid driverโs license & clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old
Smartphone with GPS and ability to use routing apps
Reliable car, cargo van, or box truck (TWIC a plus, not required for first 30 days)
Strong work ethic and time management
Willingness to work Wednesdays and weekends when volume peaks
